Quick Answers

How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

We aim to respond to all calls, texts, and form submissions the same day during business hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm, Saturday 8am to 5pm). Messages received outside those hours will be answered first thing the next business day. Text messages tend to get the fastest response if you need a quick answer.

Do I need to call to register, or can I do it online?

You can register entirely online through our registration page. It takes about 5 minutes. If you have questions before registering, feel free to call or send a message first. There is no obligation and no pressure to commit before you are ready.

I am not sure which package is right. Can you help me decide?

Yes. Call or text us and describe the student's situation: their age, current licence level, any previous driving experience, and whether they are anxious or confident behind the wheel. Our instructors will give you a straightforward recommendation. There is no sales pitch. If the Standard Package is the right fit, we will say so.

I am not sure I am in your service area. What should I do?

Check our areas page for a full list of Etobicoke and Mississauga neighbourhoods we serve. If you are just outside our primary area, contact us. Students who live near enough to Islington Station on the TTC Bloor-Danforth line may be able to arrange pick-up there. Call or text us with your location and we will confirm quickly.

Can I contact you in a language other than English?

Yes. Our instructors are bilingual and you are welcome to contact us in either English or Serbian. Just send your message or make your call in whichever language you are most comfortable with.

How do I book a specific lesson time?

Lesson scheduling is handled directly after you register. Once your enrolment is confirmed, your instructor will contact you to arrange lesson times that work for your schedule. We do our best to accommodate preferred days and times, including after-school and weekend slots.

I am a new Canadian with a foreign licence. Can you help me get my Ontario licence?

Yes. Many of our students are newcomers to Canada who hold a foreign driver's licence and need to obtain an Ontario licence. Depending on your country of origin, you may be able to exchange your foreign licence directly at a ServiceOntario location without a road test. If you need to go through the full Ontario licensing process (G1 written test, then G2 road test), our BDE program covers everything from scratch. If you already hold an Ontario G1 and just need in-car practice before your road test, individual lessons are the right fit. Call or text us and describe your situation and we will tell you exactly what you need.

I have not driven in years. Do you offer refresher driving lessons?

Yes. Refresher lessons are one of the most common requests we receive. Whether you have not driven in two years or twenty, our individual lesson blocks let you rebuild confidence at your own pace with no pressure and no commitment to a full package. We also work with seniors returning to driving after a health event or a long break, and with adults who learned to drive abroad and want to get comfortable on Ontario roads. Book one lesson at a time or take a block of five or ten. Free pick-up from your door throughout Etobicoke and Mississauga.

What happens on G2 road test day and how do I prepare?

The G2 road test (sometimes called the G1 exit test) takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes. An MTO examiner will accompany you from the DriveTest centre and assess you on turns, lane changes, stops, parking manoeuvres, and general vehicle control. You need to bring your G1 licence, and if you are using our vehicle you will need confirmation of that arrangement. The most common reasons students fail are hesitation at intersections, incomplete stops, and insufficient mirror checks — all of which we address directly in our lessons. Once you are enrolled, we walk you through the full test format before your appointment date so nothing surprises you on the day.
