Omega Driving School opened in Etobicoke in 1994. In three decades we have licensed thousands of drivers: teenagers going for their first G2, adults who never learned, seniors returning to driving, and new Canadians getting their first Ontario licence.
Most driving schools cycle through instructors and vehicles. We have not. Our certified instructors have been teaching in the same communities, on the same streets, for decades. That continuity builds a kind of local expertise you simply cannot manufacture: knowing every school zone, every tricky intersection, and every road condition our students will face on test day, wherever they choose to test.

Our instructors drove and instructed professionally in Europe before building 30 years of Canadian teaching experience. Driving standards across much of Europe are significantly more demanding than Ontario's. Students are not considered road-ready until they have demonstrated genuine driving competency, not just a checklist pass.
The result is that every Omega student receives real defensive driving instruction as a standard part of their lessons, not as an optional add-on. That is the direct reason our first-attempt pass rate sits at 91% when Ontario's provincial average is approximately 55 to 60 percent.
Our instructors hold both European training credentials and over 30 years of Canadian driving instruction experience. That combination means students benefit from the highest international standard of driver training, applied with deep knowledge of local roads and conditions.
We will not book your road test until both we and the student feel genuinely ready. A second road test attempt costs time and money. Proper preparation avoids it entirely.

The price on our packages is the price you pay. Road test booking assistance is free. The only extras are the MTO road test fee and optional use of our car on test day.
